i have a question to ask? do nigeria rely negotiate with world bank? if you say yes i will want to disagree with you because one can not negotiate with a super power, if one actor is more powerful than the other then we will see that the powerful state will want the weaker state to dance to her tune.
that is what we are seeing when we talk about nigeria negotiating with world bank.
plz, i will want this question to be answered i will be glade if the answer is fowarded to my maill address than you

Dear Mr. Stephen,
If you go to http://www.worldbank.org you will see that the stated purpose of the Bank is “…assistance to developing countries around the world…” Your questions imply that the organization uses coercion (that is, “power”). The better way to think about the institution is that it exists to promote creativity and pathways to human progress. The Bank can only fulfill its purposes if it has clients such as Nigeria that are willing to collaborate. Indeed, there is no such thing as power, there is only negotiation.
