Cuba and Global Negotiations

US / Cuba relations are at a crossroad once again. Barack Obama has made several statements declaring his desire to change the present situation. It is our intention to explore this neighbor just 90 miles to the south by beginning to understand, perhaps for the first time, in a systematic, theoretical as well as practical way, the means by which Cuba negotiates.
